Cowboys Ride Together (our first curriculum) is an interactive workshop designed to help people of any age develop the skills to support and connect with those around them. Tele-Hope offers four core curriculums, each designed to strengthen connection and belonging.

In our first curriculum, participants learn through engaging discussions, real-life scenarios, and hands-on activities, participants will learn how to:

Recognizing the Importance of Others
Everyone wants to be seen, heard, and appreciated.

Five Core Skills
Learning names, asking “How are you?” with intent, listening actively, expressing gratitude and apologies, and having others' backs.

Practical Application
Engaging in activities to practice the lessons learned.

Support & Accountability
Encouraging selfless actions, positively challenging friends, and being there when it matters.
